1. Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FAMILY TIFF, LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, United States, handles personal information in connection with familytiff.com and related communications. “Family Tiff,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that company.

It applies to our website, inquiries, email subscriptions and promotional activities. It does not replace the privacy policies of retailers, social networks or other websites you visit through our links.

Information we collect

• Contact and form information: your email address, name if provided, message content, subscription preferences and other information you choose to submit through a form, email or social media communication.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, operating system, approximate location inferred from technical data, referral source, pages viewed, access times and interactions with content or links.
• Analytics and advertising information: when the relevant tools are enabled, cookie or device identifiers, campaign identifiers, page events, clicks, scrolling, session interactions and conversion events such as a completed signup.
• Affiliate records: reports from retailers or affiliate networks that may include referral identifiers, coupon usage, transaction dates, order values, transaction status and commissions. The information available depends on the program.

Information comes directly from you, from your browser or device, and from the service providers or partners involved in the relevant activity. Not every category is collected during every visit.

Family Tiff does not operate retailers' checkouts. Payment and delivery information for a purchase is supplied to the retailer or its providers. Please do not send us passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

How we use information

• Operate, maintain and protect the website, troubleshoot problems and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Respond to questions, process privacy requests and manage business relationships.
• Send the newsletters, coupons, offers or updates you subscribe to.
• Understand website use, improve content and evaluate the effectiveness of pages and campaigns.
• Measure advertising results and support relevant advertising when those features are enabled and legally permitted.
• Attribute affiliate referrals, reconcile commissions, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

Email forms and marketing communications

When you submit an inquiry, we use the information to respond and follow up on that inquiry. Submitting a general contact form does not, by itself, subscribe you to promotional email.

When you choose to subscribe, we use your email address and any preferences you provide to send the communications described at signup. Email-delivery services may process delivery status, bounces and, where enabled and permitted, opens or link interactions.

You can stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe option in a message or by emailing contact@familytiff.com . We honor marketing opt-out requests within 10 business days, or sooner where required. Necessary replies to your inquiries and nonmarketing administrative messages may still be sent.

Service providers and information sharing

Information is disclosed as needed to hosting, security, website-maintenance, form-processing and email-delivery providers; analytics and advertising providers when their services are enabled; and retailers or affiliate networks involved in referral measurement.

Providers process information according to their role, our arrangements with them and their applicable terms. Some advertising platforms also use information for their own purposes, as explained in their privacy notices.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security issues, to protect lawful rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable protections.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Relevant factors include the duration of an inquiry or relationship, your subscription status, applicable accounting and legal obligations, dispute resolution and security needs. A limited record of an unsubscribe or privacy request may be retained to respect that choice.

Analytics, advertising and cookie records are also subject to the relevant service settings and provider retention practices. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Privacy laws can differ between locations. Where applicable law requires a lawful basis or safeguards for processing or transfers, those requirements apply. Depending on the activity, processing may rely on consent, steps you request, legitimate business interests where permitted, or legal obligations.

Children's privacy

The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

We may request information reasonably needed to locate records and verify access, correction or deletion requests. We do not require identity verification for opt-outs where prohibited by law, or an account solely to exercise your rights. Authorized agents may act where permitted, subject to appropriate authorization.

We respond within the period required by applicable law, explain applicable exceptions or extensions, and do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right. Where available, you may appeal a decision by replying to our response or contacting us, and may complain to the relevant regulator.

Email requests address information and processing within our control. To limit browser-based collection, also use the browser and provider controls below; sending an email does not instantly change your browser settings.

2. Cookies, analytics & advertising

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Pixels, tags, local storage and referral identifiers can also help deliver website features, measure activity or attribute a campaign. Technologies may be set by our website or by a third-party provider.

The services below may be used on selected pages or campaigns when enabled. Their inclusion here does not mean that every service is active on every page or during every visit. Collection depends on the feature, configuration, applicable requirements and your choices.

Google Analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand traffic sources, pages visited and events such as link clicks or form submissions. Microsoft Clarity

When enabled, Microsoft Clarity uses interaction data, heatmaps and session replays to help us understand navigation, clicks and scrolling, identify usability problems and improve our website. First-party and third-party cookies or similar technologies may be involved. Microsoft may process this data for its services, including advertising, as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Google Ads

When enabled, Google Ads tags help connect an ad interaction with a website action and measure campaign performance. Remarketing features may support showing relevant ads on other websites or services. Google and its partners may use first-party and third-party cookies, advertising identifiers and activity information, depending on the features and choices in effect.

You can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center. Turning off personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising or measurement.

Meta Ads

When enabled, Meta business tools, such as the Meta Pixel, may send information about website visits, device identifiers and events such as signups to Meta. This supports conversion reporting, audience measurement and relevant advertising on Facebook, Instagram and other placements. Meta may associate events with information it already holds, subject to its policies and your settings.

Cookie duration and controls

Session cookies generally expire when a browsing session ends. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or are deleted. Lifetimes vary by provider, purpose and configuration; the provider notices linked above describe their technologies and practices.

You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect features. Choices may need to be repeated on another device or browser, or after clearing stored data. Cookie blocking does not necessarily prevent every type of measurement.

Where a cookie preference interface is provided, you can use it to manage the technologies it covers. Optional tracking remains subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Reading this notice, continuing to browse or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent where affirmative consent is required.

Browser privacy signals

Legacy Do Not Track settings are not a substitute for the choices described in this policy. Global Privacy Control is a distinct signal that can communicate an opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising where recognized by applicable law. The legal effect of such a signal depends on the law governing the processing; it does not mean that every essential or technical request must stop.

Following a retailer or social-media link takes you to a separate service. Images, scripts or embedded content hosted on another domain can transmit technical information to that host when loaded. Review the relevant provider's notice for its collection and choices.

3. Terms of Use

Our service

Family Tiff publishes information about its business, shopping opportunities, promo codes and brand collaborations. We act as a publisher and affiliate partner. We do not sell or deliver the products offered by third-party retailers.

These terms describe the conditions for using our website. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use. This does not replace any separate consent required for processing personal information or using cookies.

Coupons and offers

• Each offer is subject to the retailer's current terms, including location, currency, dates, eligible products, minimum purchase and customer restrictions.
• Coupons may expire, change or stop working. Availability and prices can change without notice from the retailer.
• A code may have different terms at different stores or in different countries. A brand mention does not guarantee an offer for every market.
• Unless expressly stated for a particular offer, there is no promise that a discount can be combined with another promotion, or that it is the lowest available price.
• Confirm the final price and discount at the retailer's checkout before paying. An illustrative code is not a guaranteed active promotion.

Purchases from retailers

Your purchase contract is with the retailer. Payment processing, stock, shipping, taxes, warranties, cancellations, refunds and returns are governed by that retailer's terms and applicable law. Contact the retailer for help with an order.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, disrupt the site or manipulate affiliate attribution. Automated activity must not bypass access restrictions or interfere with normal service.

Content and brand ownership

Our original website content and design are owned by or licensed to Family Tiff, subject to applicable law. Third-party trademarks, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners. Brand references do not imply ownership, an exclusive relationship or an endorsement beyond a stated collaboration.

You may use content as permitted by law. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires authorization from the relevant rights holder.

Availability and limitations

We aim to provide useful information, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or the continued availability of third-party offers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, Family Tiff is not responsible for losses caused by a retailer's independent conduct, unavailable discounts or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

Suspension and separate agreements

We may restrict access that threatens website security or violates these terms. A separate written partnership agreement governs the matters it expressly covers and takes precedence over these website terms for those matters.

4. Affiliate & sponsorship disclosure

Retailers or affiliate networks pay these commissions under their program rules. A code can identify our referral even when the purchase does not start from a link on this website.

A commercial relationship may also involve sponsored content, gifted products or other benefits. When content is sponsored or involves a gifted benefit, we identify that relationship with the associated content. This general page does not replace an offer-specific or post-specific disclosure.

A partnership is not a guarantee that a product will suit your needs, that a retailer will accept a code, or that an offer is available in your location. Review the offer and the retailer's terms before buying.

5. Changes to this page

We may update this page as the website, our practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where the law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent before applying the relevant change.

A revised policy does not automatically authorize materially different uses of information already collected.
